Every PDF footer is stamped with the signed-in user's email, organization, and a timestamp — so a shared account makes every deliverable look like it came from one person, which fails audit and client review. Pro also enforces a single active session: when a second person signs in, the first is signed out within seconds. How do per-client project silos work?
Each engagement is its own project workspace with its own membership list. Calculations, boilers, fuel-library entries and uploaded files stay scoped to that project — a reviewer on the Acme retrofit doesn't see the BetaCorp audit, even within the same firm.
What does white-label PDF export actually include?
Team and Enterprise PDFs render with your firm's letterhead instead of the Dynamica brand. The provenance citation block (IF97 region, EN 12952 loss term, fuel-library entry, signed-in engineer, timestamp, repro hash) stays intact so the deliverable remains audit-grade — the difference is purely the brand on the footer.
